Teilchen Energie is developing five early-stage LNG, gas-to-power and geothermal projects across the Americas, Europe and MENA. None has yet reached a final investment decision. We are seeking capital partners to carry the first of them to the next milestone.
Why Teilchen Energie.
Two offshore gas proposals filed
Proposals for the Río Caribe and Mejillones fields on the Península de Paria are with PDVSA and the Ministerio del Poder Popular de Hidrocarburos. Both are undeveloped, with multi-Bcf potential. No award, concession or licence is held, and any transaction is conditional on US sanctions clearance.
Geothermal in a basin that already drills
An Enhanced Geothermal System in the Permian Basin, where rigs, crews and service contractors are already in place. Target capacity is 250 MW. The project is at site screening and resource assessment, so that figure is an ambition rather than a certified resource.
LNG value chain integration
Gas-to-power at the Península de Paria, with LNG export and regional supply in a later phase. This segment depends on securing the upstream gas rights above, and advances only if they are awarded.
Founder-led, with three decades in the sector
Founded by David Gonzalez, who brings more than thirty years in the international oil and gas industry across exploration, upstream project evaluation and resource development. That experience sets how projects here are screened and how capital is committed against milestones.
Participation structures.
Direct equity participation at the project or corporate level. We welcome strategic co-investors with sector expertise, regional networks or offtake interest alongside financial returns.
Non-recourse or limited-recourse project finance structures for individual assets as they reach financial close milestones. Debt and mezzanine tranches available for qualified lenders.
Long-term offtake, power purchase or gas sale agreements that underpin project bankability. We actively seek anchor offtakers across the Americas, Europe and MENA.
Early-stage development capital to advance projects through permitting, feasibility, FEED and regulatory approvals toward investment decision. Suitable for impact-oriented and patient capital investors.

What we are raising, and what it buys.
Development capital funds a named milestone, not a portfolio. Each project needs a specific piece of work finished before it can be valued, financed or taken to an investment decision.
State the amount being raised in this round, the milestone it funds, and the timeline to reach it — for example, carrying the West Texas site through resource assessment and a drilling decision over fourteen months.
An earlier version of this page led with an aggregate target portfolio value. That figure was the sum of what five unbuilt projects might be worth, and it invited readers to discount everything around it. A funded milestone is something an investor can actually evaluate.
