A diversified portfolio across the energy value chain.
LNG & gas infrastructure, power, renewables and energy solutions designed for resilience and long-term value.
LNG & Gas Infrastructure
Teilchen Energie is advancing two complementary gas development opportunities within Venezuela’s Mariscal Sucre complex — the Río Caribe and Mejillones offshore gas fields. Proposals have been submitted to PDVSA and the Ministerio del Poder Popular de Hidrocarburos. No award, concession or licence has been granted. Because PDVSA is subject to US sanctions, any transaction requires authorisation from OFAC at the Treasury before it can proceed; LNG export authorisation is a separate matter for the Department of Energy at a later stage.
Developed together, these assets would form an integrated LNG value chain — from upstream offshore production on Venezuela’s Península de Paria through to LNG export and regional delivery. We are pursuing a phased development approach designed to attract institutional capital and strategic partners at the project level.

Power Generation
Teilchen Energie’s power generation strategy is built around a gas-to-power model, converting domestic gas supply into reliable, competitively priced electricity for industrial and municipal markets. The Península de Paria development in eastern Venezuela is our anchor opportunity — a prolific offshore gas region with proven reserves and proximity to Atlantic LNG export routes.
Our target configuration centres on combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT) technology, which delivers the efficiency, dispatchability and emissions profile required for long-term offtake contracts with creditworthy counterparties.

Geothermal & Renewables
Our renewables platform is anchored by a proposed 250 MW Enhanced Geothermal System (EGS) in the Permian Basin of West Texas — one of the most prospective geothermal regions in North America, with high subsurface temperatures and established drilling infrastructure carried over from the oil and gas industry.
EGS geothermal delivers firm, 24/7 baseload power with no fuel cost and a minimal surface footprint — a fundamentally different profile from solar or wind. We are advancing this project alongside our LNG and gas infrastructure assets as part of a diversified, low-carbon energy platform.

Energy Solutions
As our asset base matures, Teilchen Energie intends to build an integrated energy services platform spanning digital efficiency, demand-response and carbon management — serving the industrial, commercial and municipal customers connected to our generation and infrastructure assets.
Our long-term vision includes AI-powered energy optimisation, behind-the-meter storage, carbon credit origination and managed energy services for complex multi-site consumers. This segment will be developed in parallel with our upstream and generation assets, leveraging the data and operational insight generated across the portfolio.
